He proceeded from there to work overseas under 3 Michelin-starred Chef Arnaud Lallement And luxury cruise Yachts Sliversea Cruises. He has been at the forefront of Hibiscus for 2 years and achieved our 1st Rosette and continues to strive for excellence for the future.
